Key Details
- 1 pass = 1 private 30-minute session in either the COPA Cube or skills.lab

- Train on your terms — come once or come every day. Book sessions as you go, on your schedule. No recurring commitment

- Passes are non-transferable and tied to your account
- Availability is limited and scheduled around COPA’s core programming (memberships, assessments, training, and maintenance)

Session Rules & Pass Policies:
- Autonomous Training is fully self-service. No coach or operator is provided.

○ Completion of Technology Onboarding is required before booking your first session
- Pass Holder Use Only

○ No guests allowed without a guest pass. Any pass holder found in the technology with a guest without a pass will forfeit the remainder of their session and ALL remaining autonomous training passes with no prorated refund.

○ If under 18, a parent may be present during the session but is required to remain outside of the technology.

○ If under 14, parent supervision is required. The parent may assist the athlete in operating the device only but should not be using the device themselves for any reason.

○ Minimum age for autonomous training is 9 years.
- All pass holders must sign an Autonomous Training User Agreement before attending their first session

○ Zero tolerance policy: Any violation of rules will result in forfeiture of all remaining passes with no prorated refund.

○ A Guest Pass is required for each autonomous training session a guest joins.

a. Example: If you are training for 30 minutes in the Cube and 30 minutes in the skills.lab, your guest will need a Guest Pass for each session.

○ All guests must sign a waiver. If a minor is accompanying you, a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian in advance. Waiver found here.

○ Zero Tolerance Policy – Pass holders are responsible for the conduct of their guest. Any violation of rules will result in forfeiture of all remaining passes, with no prorated refund.

○ A maximum of three Guest Passes may be purchased per session.

BOOKING A SESSION
Session availability is limited and scheduled around COPA STC’s core programming and periodic maintenance. Sessions are not typically offered Monday–Friday from 3:00–8:00 PM or on weekend mornings. Availability is released weekly and may vary. During school breaks or holidays when COPA runs camps, daytime availability may be severely limited. For the most up-to-date session times and to book, please visit the Membership Scheduling Page and select the Autonomous Training Tab.

After you have chosen your desired session, you will be prompted to apply your pass upon check out. Please make sure to select the blue APPLY button so you are not charged per session.

Autonomous Training Passes
FAQ
Yes — with a Guest Pass ($25 per session, available at the front desk). Each guest needs a pass for every session they join and must sign a waiver. Limit 3 guests per session. For athletes under 14, a parent/guardian is required for supervision but may not use the training space.
Pass holders can access sessions in The Cube, skills.lab.
All bookings using a Technology Pass are final. There are no reschedules or refunds if you cannot attend. If COPA STC cancels a session you have booked for any reason, the passes used for these cancelled sessions will be returned to your account for future use.
Pass holders can book sessions through our online portal, DaySmart. Simply select your preferred training space and time, based on availability, and reserve the time. If you are using a pass, you will be prompted to apply it upon check out so you are not charged for this session. Check our Membership Scheduling Page for session availability.
Yes, all Technology Pass holders must complete onboarding before their first session. This self-guided onboarding includes instructional videos that cover how to operate the training equipment, facility guidelines, and safety policies. It is the pass holder’s responsibility to watch these videos before arriving, as there will be no staff available to assist during your session. Failure to complete onboarding may result in lost training time. Please plan accordingly to maximize your session.
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for rule violations. Any infraction by you or your guest will result in immediate cancellation of all remaining passes, with not refund. Pass holders are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Technology Pass Packs are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. All passes will expire after 60 days, regardless of session availability or the athlete’s ability to use them.
