Field Only
The Field-Only Party Offering at COPA STC is perfect for those looking for a fun and flexible event space. With 1.5 hours of Free Play on one of our premium Turf Fields, you have the ability to plan and run your Party exactly how you want. This package does not include a Coach or a Party Room, but we can provide All Sports Equipment (or you can bring your own!) to keep the fun going. To make your celebration even more special, you can customize your event with exciting Add-Ons like Glow in the Dark or Cube. Plus, we’ll provide a COPA Party Ball for your guest of honor. The possibilities with a Field-Only Party are endless—it’s your Party, your way!
To ensure a smooth experience, all All Sports Games will be sent to you in advance, and game selection is required at least one week prior to your event. This allows our team to prepare and ensure all necessary equipment is available for your Party. If game selections are not submitted by the one-week deadline, equipment will not be provided on the day of your event. We encourage you to review the game options early and finalize your choices to guarantee the best experience for your guests.

The 12ft x 6.5 ft video wall is equipped with Apple TV, as well as an HDMI connection – allowing you to personalize your event by displaying your own videos or slideshos. The room’s Bluetooth feature allows you to curate the perfect playlist, turning the atmosphere into a rave as you blow out your birthday candles – a moment that will leave an unforgettable impression on your guests.
Upgrading to the Premium Party Room for parties with 20 + guests is strongly recommended to ensure both safety and comfortability. With it’s spacious layout and enhanced amenities, the Premium Party Room provides ample space for guests to move around comfortably, minimizing congestion and ensuring a safe party environment for everyone to enjoy.
The Premium Party Room is also available for singular event rentals – the perfect place for an exciting watch party for your favorite televised events! Inquire with the Party Manager for details.

What To Expect
When Partying At COPA STC
Your Party Schedule depends on the type of Party you book with us. You have the ability to completely customize your schedule if the calendar allows, adding or removing time however you’d like.
Our standard All Sport’s, Cube, Glow in the Dark, and NERF Parties are a total of 2 hours in length. All Parties begin with a 75-minute Activity Portion with a designated Party Coach, followed by 45 minutes in a Party Room.
Our Toddler Turf and Bounce House Parties are a total of 1.5 hours in length. All Parties begin with a 60-minute Activity Portion with a designated Party Coach, followed by 30 minutes in a Party Room.
Parties at COPA STC are typically offered on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, between 11 AM and 8 PM. Parties typically book 4-6 weeks out. To inquire about availability for a specific date and time, please fill out and submit the Party Inquiry Form for the Party Manager.
To book your Party with us at COPA STC, you’ll need to submit the Party Inquiry Form. Our Party Manager will be in touch with you to confirm dates and times, as well as to answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
We offer a variety of exciting Party Packages designed for all ages! For kids ages 6 and up, choose from our COPA Cube Soccer Party, NERF Party, Glow in the Dark Party, Field-Only Party, or All-Sports Party. For younger guests ages 2-5, we offer a Bounce House Party and a Toddler Turf Party, perfect for little ones to play and explore. Want something even more unique? If you’re unable to host your event on your scheduled date, please contact our Party Manager as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. We do not offer refunds for Party Bookings unless you cancel more than four weeks before your event, in which case we will refund your booking cost but retain the $100 Rental Deposit. Cancellations made within four weeks of the scheduled event date are non-refundable, however if you need to reschedule due to illness or an unforeseen event, please contact the Party Manager right away to discuss your options.
The $100 Rental Deposit serves as a guarantee that all COPA STC policies and rules will be followed during your event. If your Party Space is left clean, all trash is properly disposed of, no damages occur, the Party ends on time, and any Additional Participant or Coaching Fees are paid, the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 business days. However, the Party Manager reserves the right to withhold part or all of the Rental Deposit if any Party Space is left in disarray, trash is not cleaned up, guests remain in the space past the scheduled time, damages occur to COPA STC’s facility or equipment, or additional fees are not paid. This ensures that our event spaces remain clean, organized, and in excellent condition for all guests

We kindly ask that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your Party to check in at the Front Desk. Party Coaches will begin each Party at its designated start time, so it’s important for everyone to arrive promptly to avoid missing any of the fun! Our Party Staff will assist with transporting any food or beverages to the designated staging area and overseeing the check-in process for all of your guests. Your assistance in guiding parents to the Front Desk for check-in is greatly appreciated.
One hour into your Party, you will gain access to your dedicated Party Room. At this point, you can transfer your food, cake, decorations, and presents into the Party Room with the help of a Party Manager.
Once the Activity Time of your Party has concluded (75 minutes for All Sports, NERF, Glow in the Dark, Cube Soccer, and 60 minutes for Toddler Turf and Bounce House), your Party Coach will lead your guests to the Party Room to enjoy the remainder of the event. From this point, the Party Family is responsible for ensuring all guests remain in the Party Room until picked up by a parent or guardian.
Party Families are expected to exit their Party Room on time and leave it in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in forfeit or only partial refund of your Rental Deposit. We recommend informing parents to pick up their children at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled end time to allow for cleanup. A Party Manager will provide a 10-minute warning before the end of your Party to help initiate the cleanup process.
Aside from our Confetti Cannon Add On, we do not allow any type of confetti, confetti balloons, or piñatas in any of our party spaces. Failure to abide by this policy will result in forfeiture of the Rental Deposit. This is to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Yes! You are welcome to decorate your Party Room to make your event extra special. However, please note that tape and any decorations hung on the walls are not permitted—you may only use the pre-hung hooks in the room. Also, keep in mind that depending on your booking time, you may have only 15 minutes to set up and decorate, so we recommend keeping things simple and easy to manage for a stress-free celebration.
COPA STC is a no-cleat facility, so please advise your Party Guest’s to arrive wearing comfortable, indoor athletic sneakers or shoes. We also recommend wearing comfortable, athletic-type clothing. If you’re attending a Glow in the Dark Party, be sure to wear white or neon clothing for the best experience! Additionally, we recommend bringing a personal water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the event.
To save time at check-in, please encourage parents to sign the Party Waiver in advance. We also suggest having parents drop off Party Guests 10 minutes early and pick them up 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
We have a Standard Party Room option, which is included in the base rate of your Party, as well as a Premium Party Room option, which you can upgrade to for a $100 fee. We strongly recommend a Premium Party Room upgrade if you plan on hosting a Party with 25+ guests.
Standard Party Rooms are assigned at random based on what is available on the date you’ve scheduled your Party. We do not guarantee you will be in any specifically requested room, and we reserve the right to change your Standard Party Room at any point if needed.
For All Sport’s, Cube Soccer, NERF, Glow in the Dark, and Field Only Parties 12 Participants are included in your Base Rate. Once you exceed 12 Participants, there is an Additional Guest Fee of $20 per guest once you exceed 12. Once you reach 15 Participants, an Additional Coach will be added to your Party for a $100 Fee.
For Bounce House & Toddler Turf Parties, 8 Participants are included in your Base Rate. Once you exceed 8 Participants there is an Additional Participant Fee of $20 once you exceed 8. Once you reach 10 Participants, an Additional Coach will be added to your Party for a $100 fee. These additional fee’s are mandatory for safety reasons, as well as to ensure our youngest Party Guests can get the attention they need to have the most enjoyable time possible!
To add a Food & Drink Add-On to your Party, you must email the Party Manager with your desired choices at least one week in advance and receive email confirmation to proceed with your order.
