To be considered a monthly member, your athlete must be actively attending one of our monthly membership-based programs (COPA Kids, COPA Train or SpeedLab). Our members receive perks like discounts towards camps, booking parties and other one-off special events.
To maximize your athlete’s objective development, it requires a consistent schedule and attendance by our members, combined with a progressive and purposeful curriculum from our program leadership. We don’t just want to tell you how your athlete’s improving, we want to show you. Because of this, we require members of our COPA Train, COPA Kids and SpeedLab programs to commit to a minimum of 3 months of membership.
COPA offers the option to freeze your membership at any time. There will be a $15.00 freeze charge billed on your regular billing date for each frozen month. You will not be billed your membership rate during a freeze. Freeze/unfreeze requests must be submitted by filling out the request form found at copastc.com/account-requests. All freeze requests must be filled out a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the day you wish to freeze. Freeze requests will go into effect the day before your next scheduled session. For example, if your last session before a freeze is on Tuesday, May 4th, your account will officially be frozen on Monday, May 10th. Any remaining funds on the account will be stored for use upon your return. This balance will be applied to your membership fees when you return until the full amount is exhausted. If you wish to freeze your account before you have satisfied the 3-month minimum commitment, you will be billed for the remaining balance of your commitment on the date the freeze takes effect. For example, if your membership began on April 1st and your freeze takes effect on May 10th, you will be billed the remaining balance of your three-month commitment on May 10th. If a medical issue renders a member unable to participate for an extended period, COPA STC will place a hold on the services in the member’s account where applicable without the freeze fee. A physician’s note will be required for medical reasons. Exclusions: Members are not eligible for any freeze if they have a past due/overdue balance on their membership.
All cancellations require fourteen (14) days’ notice. Cancellations will be effective following the end of the 14-day notice. If you need to cancel your membership prior to fulfilling your required three (3) months minimum commitment, you will still be required to pay the monthly membership fees for those first three months, whether you intend to continue attending COPA STC or not. Cancellation requests must be submitted by filling out the request form found at copastc.com/account-requests.
Each member will be charged an initiation fee of $100.00 upon signing up for a COPA STC membership. This policy is currently waived for any first-time members (policy subject to change at any time). Any member that has chosen to cancel a membership and then re-register will be subject to this initiation fee.
