Members can freeze their account one time per year for up to 3 months. When an account freeze occurs, members’ billing, class schedule and any make-up or assessment credits on the account will be frozen. Members must be active (unfrozen) in order to use make-up and assessment credits. Any remaining monetary balance on a member’s account will be stored and accessible upon their return to COPA. All account freezes will be processed the day before your next scheduled session to account for the full week of sessions that were used. To account for processing time, requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the freeze needs to take place. No refunds will be granted for late submissions.
