HOW DOES THE COPA SCORE WORK?

At the beginning of every COPA Train and SpeedLab membership, our athletes are assessed using our state-of-the-art technology to provide data for a baseline assessment. Our COPA Trainers use this baseline to objectively track an athlete's progression during their training program.
Examples shown above are progressions of a real SpeedLab member during a 8-week course. Athletes and parents receive an athletic sports performance scorecard pulled from the data we collect during the weeks of training to track their athletic performance and improvements.

The COPA App is a platform for members to access training and assessment data, view their upcoming schedule, customize their COPAme Avatar, and interact with our social platforms. Each device produces multiple metric outputs that provide a unique insight into a members cognitive, physical, and technical performance.
