SESSION RE-SCHEDULING: Members of COPA Train, COPA Kids and COPA SpeedLab are entitled (subject to availability) to re-schedule a specific number of sessions in a calendar month based on their membership level. For a session to be eligible for re-scheduling, a session must be cancelled a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the original scheduled session time. All re-scheduled sessions must be scheduled and used by the conclusion of the following calendar month. Permitted Re-Schedules DO NOT roll over from month to month. All permitted re-schedules expire at the end of the calendar month. Only currently active and paid customers may use rescheduled sessions. If a membership is frozen, terminated, has an overdue balance or for any other reason is not active they will not have the ability to use a reschedule. The number times you are permitted to reschedule per month is directly correlated to the number of times you typically attend a program per week. If you attend a small group program or kids class once per week, you are permitted one reschedule per month for that particular program. If you typically attend a small group program or kids class twice per week, you are permitted two reschedules per month for that particular program (and so on).

1) We’re happy to accommodate any reschedule request submitted at least 24 hours before your session, fill out the form below to get started.
a) We understand that illness or injury may require same-day cancellations, but in order to waive our 24 hour policy we do require that you send in the form by 8am of the day of your session and attach a doctor’s note.

2) You’ll receive credit for a makeup class, which must be used by the end of the next calendar month after the missed session.

3) Our program leaders will contact you within a week to discuss available makeup sessions.
