COPA Train is small group, assessment-based soccer training for athletes aged 8 through adults and skill levels from beginner to professional player. By leveraging innovative technology only found at the world’s top clubs, we are focused on providing our members quantitative data to objectively track progress. Utilizing a passionate coaching staff, COPA Train creates an environment of deliberate practice focusing on the cognitive, physical and technical components of the game. Groups are broken up based on age, then on ability, with the curriculum tailored to the individual needs of players.

Our program leverages integrated technology to create engaging environments in which athletes thrive, while also providing objective feedback on their development. Certified coaches and research-proven methods are dedicated to developing running technique, speed, change of direction and cognitive agility skills. This comes through developing the neural pathways, muscular efficiency and motor skill competencies over time. After periods of lowered activity, it is crucial that athletes are gradually re-educated and re-introduced to the movement and intensity demands of their sport to reduce the risk of injury.
